1. The public has limited knowledge of how polling places operate, and many people may not realize that they can serve as poll workers. The first step is to let people know that there is a need and that they are eligible to serve. This system can contact people with massive email and/or phone call campaigns, raising awareness within the existing city/ county databases. People can press a button on the phone keypad to respond to the call for volunteer service.
2. The recruiting message can be specific. The interactive messages presented by the system can be specific about your department's needs.
